INCHBUG LLC FUNDRAISING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting an application, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this fundraising program.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAM
When customers purchase eligible products from InchBug LLC, www.inchbug.com (the “InchBug”) using Your Unique Link / Discount Code you are eligible to receive a commission for “Qualifying Purchases”, as described in the Commission Details.

Conversion action: Online purchase processed with a valid payment.
Cookie days: 30 day(s)
Commission type: Percent of Sale
Base Commission: 20.00%
Additional Terms: Your organization will receive 20% of the subtotal of each purchase completed using Your Unique Link / Discount Code. Automatic payments will be made monthly via PayPal.
ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE & RULES
Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Must be employed or otherwise affiliated with the fundraising organization.
Rules
You agree to use Your Unique Link / Discount Code only for distribution directly to your network of supporters and not to share it with the general public through your website, social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) or any other means.
To prevent coupon websites from obtaining Your Unique Link / Discount Code, please do not publicly post or share it with any audience outside of your network. Should the code be shared or leaked to a site outside of your network (i.e. RetailMeNot), the code will be deactivated and any sales InchBug reasonably attributes to the improper use of such code will be deducted from the final total upon which InchBug’s donation amount will be based. You will be given a new Unique Link / Discount Code and will have the option to participate for the remainder of the promotional period. InchBug may, in its discretion, change or deactivate your code if it shared to the general public.
You must not comment with Your Unique Link / Discount Code on any InchBug social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Your Unique Link / Discount Code is valid toward all InchBug orders (excluding Combo Packs).
Discounts and donations do not apply to shipping charges or tax and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including discounted credit.

The Fundraising Program may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause at InchBug’s sole discretion.
InchBug, LLC may, in its discretion, change the Fundraising program terms and benefits at any time with or without notice.
By joining the Fundraising Program you agree to receive emails, promotions and general messages from the Fundraising Program team (
[email protected]) and you accept that your contact information will be used in accordance with the InchBug’s privacy policy.
InchBug LLC reserves the right to withhold any and all Commissions otherwise payable to your account due to returned orders, a breach in the program rules, falsely provided information or other violations without notice.
